General Conditions of Sale of the company ALPHA

Article 1 - Scope

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) exclusively govern the relations between the company ALPHA (hereinafter “the Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter “the Customer”) making purchases via the ALPHA website .

Article 2 - Orders

Orders are only final when they have been confirmed by the Customer's payment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer, particularly in the event of insolvency or in the event of failure to pay for the order concerned or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the prices of the products.

Article 4 - Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products.

Article 6 - Guarantees and liability

The Seller undertakes to provide products that comply with current regulations. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered.

Article 7 - Personal data

The Seller undertakes to protect Customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 8 - Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
